This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, cancellations, or service adjustments may be considered. Our goal is to provide complete transparency while ensuring fairness for both the client and the company. By choosing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms mentioned in this policy.

Introduction

Our company provides digital marketing, social media management, advertising solutions, website development, funnel building, consultation, and related digital services. Unlike physical products, digital services involve planning, time investment, manpower, software usage, and strategic execution from the moment the project begins. Therefore, refunds and returns operate under different rules compared to physical goods.

Non-Refundable Services

All digital services, including but not limited to social media management, ad campaign setup, content creation, copywriting, funnel development, strategy calls, consultations, website development, and monthly retainers are strictly non-refundable.

Once work has begun, even if partially delivered, resources such as team effort, tools, paid software, research hours, and advertising platforms are already utilized. As a result, these services cannot be returned or reversed, and hence no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Payments and Billing

All payments made toward any service or package are considered final. Clients are required to clear payments on or before the due date. Failure to make timely payments may result in paused services, delayed execution, or termination of service.

Any payment made, including booking amounts, advance fees, consultation fees, or monthly charges, will not be refunded once the project starts.

If a client chooses to discontinue the service midway, the remaining period will not be refunded or adjusted in any form.

Project Delays from Client Side

Delays caused due to incomplete information, late responses, pending approvals, or unshared files will not be counted as a delay from the company’s side.

If the client fails to provide necessary material such as content details, images, videos, login access, or confirmations, the delivery timeline may be affected. Such delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.

If the client remains inactive for more than 30 days, the project may be marked as “inactive,” and work will resume only upon written communication. Payments will not be refunded in such cases.

Change in Requirements

Any changes requested after the finalization of the project scope will be considered additional work.

Additional work will be charged separately as per updated pricing and cannot be adjusted against the original package amount.

Refunds will not be considered if the client changes their mind, alters their requirements, or decides not to continue after the work has already begun.

Return Policy for Digital Services

Since digital services cannot be physically returned, the concept of return does not apply. All work delivered including creatives, strategy documents, content, website structures, ad setups, or login setups cannot be returned or reversed.

Once the service process has begun, the amount paid is fully utilized toward manpower, planning, software costs, and workflow management.

Quality Assurance and Satisfaction

We aim to deliver the highest standards of professionalism and quality. Clients are encouraged to communicate expectations clearly at the beginning of the project.

Revisions are provided as per the package selected. However, revisions do not include complete restructuring, redesigning, or restarting the project unless agreed upon for an additional fee.

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, taste, or subjective opinion will not qualify for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel a service, they must notify the company in writing. However, cancellations do not qualify for refunds, regardless of the stage of the project. Monthly subscription services, once billed, cannot be canceled mid-cycle. For ads management services, cancellation of a running campaign does not make the client eligible for a refund of the management fee, setup fee, or ad spend.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in extremely rare cases such as duplicate payment or a technical error in billing. Such issues must be reported immediately with valid proof. After verification, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Apart from technical billing errors, no other situation qualifies for a refund.

Service Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate services in cases of misconduct, abusive communication, unethical behavior, or violation of terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Similarly, if the client misuses service access, login credentials, or attempts unauthorized actions, services may be revoked without refund.
