This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, handled, and delivered by Feed Your Soul India. By placing an order on our website or through our official communication channels, you agree to the terms outlined here. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for every customer across India.

Feed Your Soul India aims to dispatch every product with care, accuracy, and responsibility. This policy applies to all products sold by us and governs the shipping timelines, courier arrangements, shipping fees, and customer responsibilities. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
2. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, it undergoes a verification and packaging process. Processing time generally ranges from 1 to 2 business days, excluding Sundays and national holidays. During high-demand periods, festivals, or special sales, processing time may extend slightly due to increased order volume.
3. Shipping Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the availability of courier services in your area. General shipping timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cities: 4 to 7 business days
- Remote, rural, or interior locations: 7 to 10 business days
While we take every effort to deliver within these estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unexpected circumstances such as weather disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, logistical issues, or courier delays. Feed Your Soul India cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party partners.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location, total cart value, and ongoing promotions. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered during special campaigns or for orders above a certain value.
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas, depending on courier policies.
All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the delay or issue arises due to an error on our end.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once the order is dispatched, a tracking link or tracking number will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Customers can use the tracking details to monitor their shipment in real time.
Please note:
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates.
- Movement of the package completely depends on the courier company’s internal process.
If you are unable to track your package or the status remains unchanged for more than 48 hours, you may contact us for assistance.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Feed Your Soul India is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. This includes wrong pincode, incomplete landmarks, or incorrect phone numbers.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, customers may be charged additional reshipping fees.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make up to 2-3 attempts to deliver your order. If the customer is unreachable, unable to receive the parcel, or if the address is inaccessible, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Reshipping charges may apply for a second attempt.
- No refunds will be issued for non-deliverable orders unless applicable under our Refund Policy.
8. Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Package
If you receive a package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please do not accept it. Immediately inform the delivery agent and contact our support team with photos or video evidence.
Once the package is accepted without any complaint, Feed Your Soul India cannot take responsibility for internal damage or missing items unless valid proof is provided.
9. Delivery Restrictions
Some locations may not be serviceable due to courier limitations, political restrictions, remote accessibility issues, or other unforeseen conditions. In such cases, customers will be contacted to discuss alternative delivery options or order cancellation with a refund.
10. International Shipping
At present, Feed Your Soul India ships only within India. International shipping is not available. Any updates to international shipping availability will be posted on our website.
11. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. A cancellation request may take 24 hours to process.
Feed Your Soul India reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Unavailability of stock
- Payment verification issues
- Incorrect address entered
- Logistical constraints
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If an order is cancelled from our end, the customer will be informed and refunded according to our refund timelines.

- Ensure address and contact details are correct
Failure to do so may result in delays or non-delivery.
